Fat Bottomed Girls" is a hit single by the English rock band Queen. It was released in on the album Jazz. The song was written by Queen guitarist Brian May and was one of the few Queen songs played in an alternative guitar tuning commonly called "drop D tuning".
It is sung by Puck, with the New Directions Boys singing back-up. It's meant as a love song to Lauren from Puck, but she takes offense from it at the end. The Glee Club also seems a bit taken aback.

Brian May of Queen wrote the song with the lead singer Freddie Mercury in mind. Fun fact about the cover art is that the original artwork was supposed to be of a nude woman on a bicycle. However, stores refused to display it on their shelves and was hence altered to a woman wearing red panties. The song was meant to entertain the crowds and it served the purpose.
